Crown Land Services

Through its Crown Land Services Branch, the Department of Primary Industries and Water facilitates the appropriate management, use and development of Crown land, including the licensing, leasing, sale and rental of Crown properties.

Most of the Crown land management functions undertaken by the Crown Land Services Branch are governed by the Crown Lands Act 1976.

Crown Land Waterfront Rentals - Engineer's Certificate Pro forma
For those who currently have a Crown land waterfront licence (such as a licence for a jetty, boatshed, slipway or ramp) and have been unable to obtain public liability insurance and are now required to obtain an engineer's certificate from a registered civil or structural engineer.
